This project features the installation of pitched ventilated roofs using the FALZON system—an innovative metal roofing solution that ensures durability, effective waterproofing, and a modern appearance. The roof structure integrates VELUX roof windows, providing natural lighting and ventilation for the rooms. The project also includes the fabrication of roof claddings and specialized louvered chimney caps that protect the building from weather elements and enhance the roof’s aesthetic.
