Residential building in Sofia completed by VAS PRO with the FALZON® roofing system made of polyester-coated steel sheet in custom colour RR33. The project includes a ventilated roof with a timber roof structure, ridge detailing, chimney caps, a louvered vent cap, roof ventilation outlets, rainwater drainage with gutters and downpipes, sheet metal flashings around windows, and VELUX GLL and VELUX GLU roof windows.
